Hi, my name is Rachelle, the owner and creator of Rachelle Ann Bautista Virtual Services. Nice to meet you!

I have over eight years of extensive experience in administrative and legal field. I have worked with lawyers, business owners, CEOs and different foreign clients, wherein, I make their daily life easier and manageable.

Aim to be your partner virtual services in achieving success in your business!

As your partner, my goal is to provide excellent and quality virtual services for all your business' needs. Taking the majority of your tasks at hand for you to focus on your business' business. I can help you with calendar and email management, data entry, and research as well as transcription. Furthermore, I can help you to organize and promote through online marketing including social media management and marketing and campaigns. 

Rachelle the person.

I'm living in the Philippines with my wonderful husband Jomar, who I have been married for more than two years.

We have been together for 12 years before we got married (yes that long!), and experience happiness and difficulties together. My husband is my best friend and has always been there for me every step of the way. 

​

He is the one who encourages me to go on freelancing after the pandemic hit me, and I can't go back to Dubai, where I used to work in a boutique law firm as an administrative, executive, and legal assistant.

​

I enrolled in a freelancing course to improve my skills.  During the course, I created my virtual services and learn to manage my social media pages.

​

We are hoping to have a great future through freelancing and be financially stable when the time comes that our Lord God will bless us with a child.

Meet Kobee.

He is our baby for now - Kobee, one year old "aspin". He's been our joy during the lockdown. He's very energetic and sweet. He loves to sleep on our bed. And wants to be with us whenever we are going out for important errands.
